Applications Open: Saturday, March 1, 2025 

Applications Close: Saturday, May 31, 2025, 4:00 p.m  

Proof of Enrollment Due: July 10th, 2025

 

Students Notified of Award: Tuesday, July 1, 2025

Students Accept the Scholarship Award no later than Thursday, July 10, 2025

Scholarship Reception-Sierra Vista: Tuesday, August 5, 2024, 5:00 p.m. in Sierra Vista (Tentative)

Scholarship Reception-Douglas: Thursday, August 7, 2024, 5:00 p.m. in Douglas (Tentative)

Scholarship communications are done via email only. Make sure to check the email address we have on file and your spam/junk mail.

Scholarship awards will be submitted to your university bursar's office by August 1, 2025. Please allow two to three weeks for funds to be deposited into the student account.
